He won his first major tournament in 1998, the
Grand Prix, by beating Marco Fu 9-2 in the final.
His second major tournament victory was the 2001 LG Cup and he next won the 2002 Regal Scottish Open and the 2006 Welsh Open. His latest major win was the 2012 PTC Finals. He also won Euro Players Tour Championship 4 in 2010 and Asian Players Tour Championship 2 in 2012. Lee won 33 frames in a row in the 1992 qualifying competition. That's a record! He received a twelve-year ban for match fixing in 2012 which will run until 12 October 2024, the day of his 50th birthday. |
